Complaints about charities - In Wales

If you have a complaint about a charity or want to check whether a charity is registered, you can contact the Charity Commission. The Charity Commission is the independent watchdog for charities.

You can call the Charity Commission to find out whether you can make a complaint. The number is 0845 3000 218. You can also find out more about making a complaint by going to their website at (New window) www.charity-commission.gov.uk.

If you've got a complaint about the fundraising activities of a charity or other fundraising organisation, you may be able to complain to the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB).
