If you are deaf, you can get information in British Sign Language (BSL) on how to deal with housing problems. You can get this information on the Community Legal Advice (CLA) website at: www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk.

You may also be able to get other help through the CLA website including:

• call backs for advice. You can ask for an operator to call using typetalk or minicom
• a directory of advisers that use BSL or have access to BSL interpreters
• if you have access to a webcam, you can chat to a BSL specialist adviser about your legal problems.
