I was asked to stop breastfeeding on the bus because someone said it was disgusting. Can someone stop me from doing this?

As long as your child is under 2 and it is a public service bus it is against the law to stop you feeding the baby. The person who stopped you could be prosecuted for this. If the child is very young (under 7 months old) they may be discriminating against you as well and you could take legal action against them for discrimination.

For more information on Discrimination, see the section on Discrimination.
