The information in this leaflet is still correct but it does not include information about new powers to deal with noise caused by antisocial behaviour. For more information about antisocial behaviour, see Antisocial behaviour.

Please note the following amendments to this leaflet:

On page 15, the heading "Local Government Ombudsman" should be amended to "Scottish Public Services Ombudsman". The second sentence should read "The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman impartially investigates maladministration."

On page 24, all of the paragraph below the heading The Ombudsman should be deleted. It should be replaced with the new contact details which are:-
