Please note that Scottish Homes ceased to exist at the end of June 2005. There is a reference to Scottish Homes on the 2nd page of this leaflet, in the 3rd paragraph under the heading 'What is the right to repair'. All Scottish Homes tenants are Scottish secure tenants and have rights under the Right to Repair scheme.
