There is also information available about your legal responsibility to keep gas and electrical appliances in safe working order. You can get information about:

If you aren’t living in the property you rent out, it’s important to keep the Land Registry updated of your contact address. This helps to reduce the risk of property fraud. You can provide up to three addresses including email addresses, addresses abroad and the address of someone you trust. You can find out more at the Land Registry website at www1.landregistry.gov.uk.
