Returning goods

This decision tree will help you work out whether you can cancel an order or return goods if you've decided you don't want them. For example, you may have reserved an item in a shop for collection later or bought something that you may have taken home with you.

If there's something wrong with the goods, you don't have to cancel. You may have a legal right to get the trader to sort the problem out for you.
