Dear Sir or Madam,
RE Carpet Deliveries
I understand you are acting as administrators for Carpet Deliveries who have gone into administration.
On 07/03/2012 I bought the following from Carpet Deliveries:
Two large ‘white marble’ carpets, including underlay.
The cost was £1500 and the item has not arrived.
I have enclosed proof of my order and confirmation of payment with this letter.
I therefore wish to submit a claim for £1500 to you as the administrators.
Please acknowledge this letter within 14 days.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
Ms Dyson
