Dear Sir or Madam,
Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer's Home or Place of Work etc. Regulations 2008
On 03/01/2012 I entered into the following contract with your representative at my home: To trim the hedge in the front garden and cut the grass every month for a year.
I have now decided that I do not wish to proceed with the contract.
Under the above regulations, I have seven days from receiving the cancellation notice to cancel the contract.
I am therefore giving notice that I want to exercise this right to cancel my contract with you.
Please confirm within seven days of receiving this letter that the contract has been cancelled.
Please refund the amount of £50 which I have paid in advance.
Yours faithfully
Derek Bankole
