Since this leaflet was published in 2008, the costs of prescriptions have gone up to £7.20. A twelve-month prescription pre-payment certificate has gone up to £104.
The cost of NHS dental treatment has also increased. The three bands are now:
Band 1 - £16.50
Band 2 - £45.60
Band 3 - £198.00.
